2015 Pinot Noir
Bright ruby red colour.
A bouquet of dark cherry, rhubarb, marzipan and spice.
The palate of mulberry, morello cherry and red currant is supported with firm acidity with a good structure and gentle fine tannins with a persistent finish.
2016 Pinot Noir
Bright ruby red colour.
A bouquet of dark cherry, black current and red berry fruits with hints of licorice and spice.
The palate consists of dark glaciade and morello cherry with plum and black currant. A structured, persistent wine with fine tannin.
2016 Shiraz
A medium dark red to purple hue.
Earthy aromas of plum, rhubarb and spice.
A gentle mouth feel with flavours of red currant and darker fruits of plum and cherry, backed with licorice and peppered spice. While not a tannic wine, there are plenty of soft fine tannins which produce and long elegant finish.
2017 Riesling
Aromas of citrus, pear and melon with a dry mineral note.
A bright palate of lime, white nectarine and rock melon. Held together with firm acidity and a long dry finish.
2018 Riesling
A bouquet of lime and mineral notes to the fore, backed with citrus blossom and pear.
Intense, luscious lime with a background of pear and white stone fruit. A textural mouthfeel with firm acidity, generous length, with lingering fruit and satisfying dry finish.
